Case Studies

Results, not a logo wall.

We're not going to hand you client logos or quotes we can't stand behind. Here's what we can share honestly about how engagements perform.

Results, Not a Logo Wall

Less about promises. More about how the work actually gets done.

We're not going to hand you a wall of client logos or a stack of quotes we can't stand behind. What we can share are the account-wide averages we track, and how an engagement with Flint actually runs, day to day.

Why No Named Case Studies Yet

A straight answer, since you're going to ask anyway.

Publishing a genuine before/after case study means real, verified numbers from a real client who's agreed to be named — not a composite, not a projection, and not a quote we wrote ourselves. We don't have one of those ready to publish yet. When we do, it'll show up here with the client's permission and real numbers attached, not before.

A structured, repeatable process

Every claim moves through the same disciplined workflow — not handled case-by-case depending on who picks it up.

100% client retention rate

To date, no client has left Flint RCM for another billing partner.

Transparent processes

You always know what's happening with your account, what's pending, and why — nothing is a black box.

No long-term lock-in

We earn renewal through results, not contract terms. If we're working, you'll want to stay — if not, you're free to go.

The Format We'll Use

What a real case study will look like here.

So this isn't just an empty promise — here's the exact structure a published case study will follow once a client agrees to be named and the numbers are verified. Every field below is a placeholder, not an example drawn from a real account.

Template — Not a Real Case Study

[Practice Type / Specialty] — [Practice Size, e.g. single-provider / multi-location]

The Challenge: [The specific revenue-cycle problem the practice came to us with — e.g. a denial pattern, an AR backlog, a credentialing delay.]

What Flint Did: [The specific changes made to the practice's billing workflow — not a generic description, the actual steps taken.]

Verified Outcome: [A real, client-confirmed metric — clean claim rate change, AR days recovered, denial rate change — published only once the client has reviewed and approved the exact number.]

Published with the client's named permission. No composite or projected results.

Already a Flint RCM client with a result worth sharing?

We'd rather feature real clients with real numbers than write a case study ourselves. If that's you, let's talk.
